If you’re like me then planning for 2025 has already started.

And one of the things that’s top of mind for me is “how can we drive more impact with our account-based GTM strategy?”

Close your eyes and imagine this for me:

It’s near the end of 2025 and you’re sitting on the company all-hands. Your CRO gets on the call to discuss how well they performed against the company’s goals.

“We’ve been struggling lately to hit our cross-sell pipeline and revenue goals, but thanks to [your name] we finally hit both. They implemented their account-based GTM strategy focused on cross-sell accounts and it was a huge success.”

After the call your CRO slacks you to congratulate you. So does the CEO and then of course your CMO. Think about that feeling for a minute.
